The Boston Celtics recently had a matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves in the TD Garden arena, and with one minute left and the Celtics already having the game won all the fans in the Garden saluted Kevin Garnett for his six year contribution (2007 – 2013). Garnett was the backbone of the 2008 Championship Celtics team that defeated rivals Los Angeles Lakers in a classic finals series. With this being the tail end of a back to back, fan didn’t get to see Garnett grace the court as he was being rested but throughout the game his name was chanted along with numerous fans wearing his No. 5 jersey.
